How do I request changes to my hours?

At this time, Postmates will continue to change your regular store hours on your behalf when necessary. If you’d like us to change the hours we have on file, you can submit a request through the Partner Help Center, and select ‘Help me update my store’.

If you anticipate having special hours for an upcoming holiday, you can update them directly from your Partner Dashboard. If you are unsure how to do this, visit our help article on the topic, for a visual guide on the steps to take.
