If a customer is not available to accept their Postmates delivery for non-perishable goods for any reason, our Postmates will attempt to return the items you (the merchant).
We’ve made identifying returned orders simple. From your Partner Dashboard, select ‘Home’ > ‘Deliveries’, then click or tap on any order to view the status. If an order was returned, it will display ‘Returned’ in under status.
