Updating your menu prices

At Postmates, we believe it is your right to manage your own menu. If you didn't already know, you can edit item prices and availability directly from your tablet without contacting an account manager or support representative. 

Follow these simple steps:

  • Select ‘Menu’ from the side navigation in the Postmates Order App (if you can't see the Menu button, contact us HERE).
  • Tap on a Category
  • Tap an Item
  • Select ‘Change Menu Price
  • Enter a new value, then ‘Submit’
  • That’s it!

If you notice the menu price of an item is out of date on a live order, you can also conveniently edit it from that view. Tap the button to the right of the item, make the change and submit—the price will update for all future orders.  



Postmates is not responsible for pricing discrepancies due to pricing adjustments done through the partner dashboard portal, made to an active order, or made in the ‘menu’ section of the tablet. Be sure and double check your updates!
