Max pickup times are set based on your category, historical prep times, and to provide the customer with the best ordering experience. We are unable to adjust these. If you are unable to prepare orders within your max time frame you can stop accepting new orders by selecting 'Receiving New Orders' on the top right of your tablet screen, then selecting 'Reject New Orders'. Once you are able to take on new to go orders you can change to 'Receive New Orders'. This ensures customers can receive their orders within a reasonable delivery time frame.
