All orders will be sent to your Postmates Order tablet. Orders are automatically accepted, but should be reviewed and confirmed as soon as they are received. Once confirmed, please prepare the items in a Postmates-branded bag to ensure a speedy pickup and delivery.
If you see an issue with an order like a pricing discrepancy or an item being unavailable, do not confirm the order. Please select "Raise Issue" and our Partner Support team will address. Note that the order will disappear from your tablet during this time. The order will be sent back to your tablet with changes if the customer chooses to proceed.
