How do I get reimbursed for a canceled order?

We want to make sure you get paid for orders you prepare, even if they get cancelled. Now you can request reimbursement directly from your dashboard in just a few clicks:


  • From the ‘Deliveries’ tab, select a canceled order


  • Select ‘Request Reimbursement’, and select a reason from the dropdown.


  • Submit, and you’re done!

Once a request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation via email. Adjustments are also reflected in your dashboard each week under ‘Payments’.
