How do I update my store hours for an upcoming holiday?

To ensure customers have a seamless ordering experience we'll assume you're closed during major federal holidays like Christmas and New Years, unless hours are set. To set special hours in the Dashboard, simply:

  • Select the location you want to edit, under ‘Business’
  • Select ‘Add new holiday hours’, select a date, then:
    • If you’ll be closed, select ‘Closed’,  then ‘Save Hours

    • If you’ll be open, to input an open and close time

    • Note: If you have split hours, simply enter the open and close times for the first daypart, tap ‘Add more hours’, & enter the second daypart

    • Once finished, select ‘Save Hours


To make it even easier, we also support setting store hours directly from your tablet, under 'Business Settings' from the side navigation bar.
