How do I update my store hours for an upcoming holiday?

To ensure customers have a seamless ordering experience we'll assume you're closed during major federal holidays like Christmas and New Years, unless hours are set. To set special hours in the tablet, simply:

 

  • Login
  • Tap the side navigation bar, then select ‘Add special hours’, under ‘Business Settings’

 

 

  • Select a date, then:
    • If you’ll be closed, select ‘Closed’,  then ‘Save

 

 

  • If you’ll be open, to input an open and close time

 

  • Note: If you have split hours, simply enter the open and close times for the first daypart, tap ‘add more hours’, & enter the second daypart
  • Once finished, select ‘Save

 

To make it even easier, we also support setting special hours from your Dashboard, under 'Business' in the top navigation bar.
