How do I adjust the pickup time for an order?

There are two easy ways to adjust the pickup time for an order.

  1. Right when you get a new order, before you confirm it. Simply tap ‘Adjust’ in the top header of a new order, and slide to add or remove minutes from the Pickup Time.
  2. After you’ve confirmed the order you realize it will be ready early. Simply tap ‘Request Early Pickup’ on an order—we’ll make sure a Postmate is dispatched if they haven’t been already to get the order to a customer as soon as possible!
