Updating the Postmates Order App

The following issues can occur if you are experiencing a problem with the Postmates Order App itself:

  • Postmates Order App is connected to the Wi-Fi network but still did not receive the order
  • Buttons are not visible or do not work
  • The App is frozen and will not respond to any input
  • You are receiving a persistent Error Code

 First, attempt Restarting your Tablet to resolve the issue. If this is not effective, please ensure you have your Postmates Login Information and your Wifi Password before attempting the following:

  • Go to the HOME screen by pressing the ↩  Button a few times.
  • Press the “Settings” Icon
  • On the Left, Scroll down until you see “Applications
  • On the Right, Press “Application Manager
  • Scroll down until you see “Postmates Order
  • Press the “Postmates Order” Icon
  • Press the “Force Stop” Button
  • Press the Button on the Top Left next to “Application info”
  • Scroll Up until you see the “Launcher” Icon
  • Press the “Launcher” Icon
  • Press the “Force Stop” Button
  • Go to the HOME screen by pressing the ↩  Button a few times
