When your wifi goes out we will prevent new orders from coming in until your wifi connection has stabilized. Once online we will automatically adjust back to sending you orders via Postmates Order. Customers will see a message that you are currently offline until the tablet is back online.
If you have a known issue with your wifi that persists longer than 1 hour please contact our Merchant Support team to change your channel to phone while you resolve the issue. Once resolved, logging back into the tablet will re-enable orders being sent to your tablet.
