Do I still get paid if an order is canceled?

Payment for canceled orders can now be requested directly through your Dashboard.

Simply tap the "Reimbursable" button on the order for which you would like to be reimbursed. Then select the green button labeled “Request Reimbursement” and follow the prompts given.

You can view all order details from within your Dashboard including the date, order number, whether it was completed, and amount of each order.
