Please add special hours via your Partner Dashboard or Postmates Order App, or call our Partner Support Line and notify a member of Merchant Support that you can no longer accept any additional orders for the rest of the day. We will adjust the hours for the remainder of the day and schedule your location to open as normal the following day.

If you take orders over the Phone or In-Person...

Please call our Partner Support Line and notify a member of Merchant Support that you can no longer accept any additional orders for the rest of the day.  We can adjust your storefront so that no customer is able to order for the remainder of the day and schedule your location to open as normal the following day.
