If a customer contacts us with a complaint about an order, what should we do?

If a customer reaches out with a concern related to the delivery—such as “Where is my delivery?”—please have them contact support, and our customer service team will be happy to assist.

If a customer reaches out because an order was prepared incorrectly or other order-related issues that originated before the point of pickup, we ask that you please notify us so we can refund the customer. We will then debit the refunded amount from your dashboard, as we cannot offer refunds or other credits for mistakes that originate with the merchant.
