Updates to your Menu

At Postmates updating your menu is easy. We receive thousands of requests a week from Partners. Since accurate menus result in less incidents and greater customer satisfaction scores, the sooner your menu is updated the better.

We recommend using our self-service menu tools in your Postmates Tablet. Your menu updates are immediately displayed across the Postmates platform, to our customers. Be sure to double check your updates, as Postmates is not liable for menu discrepancies.

If you still want us to update your menu for you, submit a request by attaching your updated menu and images. Under “How can we help?” click “General Help." Partner updates typically take 2-5 business days, non-partners up to 7 business days.

Can I increase my menu pricing on the app?

For the best customer experience, we advise keeping prices exactly the same as what a customer pays in the store. We've found that price transparency leads to high customer satisfaction and more orders for partners.

Again, Postmates is not liable for pricing discrepancies.
