As articulated in our Trust & Safety Overview, nothing is more important to us than your safety and security.
No one from Postmates will ever request to know your account login information or personal information. If you receive a request of this nature, do not share your account credentials and please contact us immediately so that we can investigate further.
Protecting your personal information
Your password is the key to your account and all the information stored in it, such as your address and payment information. If you detect unusual activity, you should change your password right away. A good security recommendation is to change your password regularly.
- Make your password a sentence: A strong password is a sentence that is at least 12 characters long. Focus on positive sentences or phrases that you like to think about and are easy to remember (for example, “I love country music.”).
- Unique account, unique password: Having separate passwords for every account helps to thwart cybercriminals.
- Use a password manager: Everyone can forget a password. Using a password manager to keep track of your passwords is a great way to keep all your credentials safe.
To reset your password, log in to your Dashboard and tap “Forgot Password.”
In order to keep your account secure, our Support agents are unable to make changes to your account (such as adding a new user). The best way to make necessary changes is to contact your Account Manager or Corporate Office.
If you are unsure of who your Account Manager is, you can find this information in your Partner Dashboard.
